How a kitchen project runs

Send photos or book an assessment

Text Carlos a few photos of your kitchen and tell him what is not working. He will tell you what is realistic and what it roughly costs.

Walkthrough and written scope

Carlos visits, measures, and sends a written scope and price. Cabinet lead times are built into the schedule from day one.

The work, with the owner on site

Demo, rough-in, cabinets, counters, finish. Carlos is on the job, and you get updates and photos as it moves.

Final walkthrough

We go through the finished kitchen together. Every door, every drawer, every outlet. If something is not right, we fix it.

What it costs and how long it takes

Timeline

Most full kitchen remodels take 4 to 8 weeks on site, plus cabinet and countertop lead time before we start. Cosmetic updates like counters, backsplash and paint are usually one to two weeks. We tell you the schedule before we start and we tell you if it changes.

Investment

Every kitchen is different, and the price depends on layout changes, cabinets and countertops. Send photos and Carlos will give you a realistic range before any visit.

Questions homeowners ask about kitchen remodels

Can I keep my layout and just update the finishes?

Yes, and it is often the smart move. New counters, backsplash, lighting and paint can change the whole room without moving plumbing. Send photos and Carlos will tell you honestly which one you need.

Can you open the wall between my kitchen and living room?

Usually. Carlos checks whether the wall is load-bearing and what the beam and permit will involve, then gives you a price before anything is decided.

How long will I be without a kitchen?

For a full remodel, plan on 4 to 8 weeks. We set up a temporary counter and keep the refrigerator running wherever we can.

Do I need a permit for a kitchen remodel?

If plumbing, electrical or walls change, yes. We pull the permit and handle the inspections with the village.

Do you work in my town?
